Melinda Haring is a senior advisor at Razom for Ukraine and a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center. Previously, she was the deputy director of the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center and editor of the Atlantic Council’s UkraineAlert blog. Haring is an expert and nonprofit leader focused on Ukraine who has devoted her career to understanding, appreciating and supporting reform voices in Ukraine.
