In the shadows of the world’s most prestigious piano competition, a group of expert tuners spend weeks striving to achieve perfect pitch. Working tirelessly behind the scenes, they obsess over minute adjustments to ensure that every instrument meets the exacting standards of the world’s greatest pianists. Their meticulous craft unfolds in quiet rehearsal rooms and backstage corridors, far from the spotlight of the concert hall. Yet when the competition begins, the outcome may hinge on their work—each tuner hoping that the eventual champion will take the stage on the instrument they have so carefully prepared.
